Judging Panel Change for Auld Lang Syne Dog Assocation Show

Fellow Exhibitors,

For those of you entered this next weekend (December 10/11/12) in Chilliwack at the Auld Lang Syne Dog Association Christmas Shows the following is a notice to you.

'It is with regret that word has been received from Mrs. Michele Billings that due to illness within her family she unfortunately is unable to fulfill her assignment for the club. She extended her disappointment and stated how much she had been looking forward to judging again at this show.'

The club has therefore on short notice engaged the services of Mr. Leslie B Rogers of Langley, BC to substitute for Mrs. Billings.

Exhibitors affected by this change may 'withdraw' their entries for a full refund of fees including applicable listing fees ONE hour prior to the opening of the show. Said withdrawl must be provided in writing to be received by the Show Secretary. Should you wish to withdraw your entries in the form of an email or by fax, please ensure the email or fax is received PRIOR to Wednesday - December 8.
