PHYSICAL DISTANCING/MASKS: The Provincial physical distancing guideline of maintaining a minimum of 6 feet or 3 meters distance must be adhered to at these events by volunteers and participants. We are asking that you stay in or near your vehicle except when running or exercising a dog. In situations such as dog inspections, handlers meetings, participants may find it necessary to be in closer proximity. In these cases, the wearing of a mask will be required. Participants must provide their own mask or other suitable face covering.

Failure to respect physical distancing guidelines as noted above will result in excusal from the event and event precincts without refund of entry fees.

FOOD: To comply with health and safety guidelines related to COVID-19, there will be no food or water provided on site. Participants will need to bring their own food/refreshments.

WELLNESS: If on the days leading up to, or the day of these events you or any member of your household are exhibiting any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19, please refrain from attending these events. Entry withdrawals due to illness will be refunded in full.

COVID REFUND POLICY: In the event that provincial regulations change and force the cancellation of these events prior to the day of the event, entry fees will be refunded.

By entering/attending these events, you are acknowledging that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending these events hosted by The Saluki Club of Canada, you and any guests voluntarily assume any and all risks related to COVID-19 and agree not to hold The Saluki Club of Canada, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers or property owner liable for any illness or injury.
